The bottom line is that coffee has been confirmed to be full of antioxidants, which are beneficial to your health. It seems that unroasted coffee may be potentially higher in antioxidants than roasted beans, but brewed coffee still contains antioxidants to benefit your health. This is an effective way to prevent premature aging and disease through drinking Java in moderation!
